Manufacturing Defects Coverage:

If you suspect that your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us for help in returning item(s) to us for evaluation. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair the item free of charge or, at our discretion, replace it with a like-kind item or offer a refund equal to the original purchase price. In cases where the original item is no longer available, we will strive to replace it with a similar product. We also provide free return shipping to the customer for all repairs covered under the warranty.

If we determine that the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and provide details on any available repair services, including the associated costs, for you to review and approve before work is performed.

Conditions and Exclusions:

This warranty and any complimentary services are only available to the original purchaser.

All fine jewelry is susceptible to normal wear, daily activities, or accidental trauma. This is particularly true for rings, as hands are frequently used and exposed to daily stress. Our manufacturing warranty does not cover wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Additionally, it excludes any damage or loss resulting from neglecting necessary repairs to maintain the jewelry's integrity.

Here are some examples of common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects:

• Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
• Over time, precious metals, particularly prongs, can wear down and may need restoration as part of normal wear and tear.
• Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
• Loss of gemstones or damage caused by normal wear, activities, or trauma.
• Product loss, theft, or damage from failure to obtain necessary repairs.

Third-Party Repairs:

Please note that any maintenance, repair, or resizing performed by a jeweler other than our own will void the warranty.
